Confronted about the incident, deputies say Snider initially refused to show his phone but offered to show it a few moments later after he was seen using it. Officials wrote in the affidavit that the belief is that Snider was deleting the images.Deputies asked to see the recently deleted images on Snider’s phone, and there they found a video of the boy in the bathroom stall with his pants down.
